The top foot plate folds back and seat cover can be quickly removed to perform hack squats to isolate the quads from assisting muscles.
Capable of holding hundreds of kilos of plates to be unleashed on unsuspecting legs.
Long handles reach all the way down to the seat for easy locking.
Add bands for accommodating resistance to up the fun.
