Can I pick this up?

  • We are an online-only company and do not have a physical shop. We’re unable to accommodate pick-ups at this stage.
  • We can ship all over Australia.

My order’s been sent. Can I change the address?

  • We recommend keeping the original address to avoid delivery delays.
  • If changes are required, please call 1300 85 40 50 to request an update.

Can I add items to my order?

  • If your order is already being prepared or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
  • If items are on backorder, we may be able to assist.
  • Additional freight charges may apply.
  • To ensure accurate processing, we recommend no changes once an order is placed.

Our delivery network spans across Australia using optimised transport carriers for fast and cost-efficient service.

Delivery times are guidelines only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by transport providers, location issues, or unforeseen disruptions.

Orders ready to ship are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Victoria

  • Metro: 1–3 business days
  • Country: Up to 5 business days

Interstate

  • Metro: 2–6 business days
  • Country: 4–7 business days

Major Cities (From Dispatch)

  • Sydney – 2 business days
  • Adelaide – 2 business days
  • Brisbane – 4 business days
  • Perth – 4–6 business days
  • Darwin – 5–7 business days
* Please note: These delivery timeframes are a very rough guide only and may vary depending on courier schedules, freight volumes, and your exact location. Areas outside capital cities may take an additional 1–2 business days. Deliveries to residential addresses can also take longer than deliveries to business addresses.

Express Services

Typically next business day delivery.

  • Covers 80% of Australian addresses and PO Boxes.
  • Operates between capital cities (excluding Darwin, Perth CBD only).
  • If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we’ll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by Australia Post’s Next Day Guarantee.

SHIPPING POLICY

It is a condition of shipping that goods can be left at location if no person is available at the time of delivery. If goods can’t be left at location (drivers discretion) they will be taken back to the nearest depot where you will need to collect goods at your convenience. Resending goods will incur extra charges. Please provide shipping directions in space provided during checkout.

Iron Edge will not be liable for any failure to deliver ordered goods or any delay in doing so. Furthermore, Iron Edge have no liability for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance outside our control including, but not limited to: strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, natural disasters.

Please be aware that we cannot accept any claim for damages caused by the carrier once you have signed for the goods “received in good condition” or words to this affect that appears on the carrier’s paperwork/delivery notes.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Orders are released for dispatch only upon receipt of cleared payment in full or the terms agreed upon.
  2. For heavy pallet orders, we will assume you require a tailgate vehicle (necessary if you do not have a forklift). If you do have a forklift on site, please contact us prior to ordering and we can review your shipping costs.
  3. Please note that this website currently supports Australia-wide shipping only. Prices are all in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax. For international orders, we can organise shipments in special circumstances. Please email info@ironedge.com.au for more information.
  4. If one item in your order is backordered, the whole order will be dispatched when the backordered item is back in stock. If you would like the order shipped in separate lots you may incur additional shipping charges. Please email info@ironedge.com if you would like further information.
  5. Iron Edge does not have control over the delivery time or date and the freight carrier may not be able to fulfil all special instructions. If you have questions about delivery time or date or whether special instructions can be fulfilled, please contact us.

SHIPPING OF PALLET ORDERS

  1. Drivers are NOT permitted to move goods inside, so as to avoid damaging your property.
  2. Someone is required to be at the destination to accept delivery.
  3. You will be charged a redelivery fee if no-one is home at the time of delivery. Alternatively you can pick up the order from the nearest depot.
  4. Bulk orders may take slightly longer to dispatch compared to satchels or carton sized orders. Please allow an extra day for dispatch.

Local Pick-Ups

We do not currently offer local pick-up options.
