Plug the Torsonator™ Sleeve in any of the holes on our uprights, and set different heights to target different muscle groups and movement patterns. This can range from basically floor height to above your head.
Our 4 directional uprights mean you can set this to the side and out of the way of the cell, or plug in 4 Torsonator™ Sleeves in any single upright for group classes.
The locking mechanism can be finger tightened / loosened, it's a cinch to adjust up and down the rack.
