V-tapered physiques and lifting heavy things above your head have been universally admired throughout the ages, going back to the ancient Greeks and beyond. Meanwhile, raising an adversary overhead is a universal sign of victory.
You train to win - so we've designed our Shoulder Press rack with a deep footprint of 1300mm x 1220mm to withstand even the strongest of lifters throwing bars around.
Two steps are included at the back to allow for spotters, and safety rails are fixed below to allow lifters to safely bail after one rep too many.
At differing heights, two hooks are included at the front and one at the back, allowing lifters to rack the bar for both traditional military presses and pressing behind the neck. We've angled the backrest slightly rather than going straight up, to place the shoulders in a healthier position for max pressing.
Rubber feet at the bottom will help prevent scratches, keeping your floor and equipment looking fresh for years to come. The padding is super dense, ensuring no energy leaks.
