Our J-Hooks have undergone extensive testing to ensure we have the best engineered J-Hooks on the market. We've poured a lot of time and effort into these, they're used with every single lift after all.
The extended profile provides better protection when racking the bar, crucial when you're coming in hot. Our unique jagged-J design minimises movement of the bar when it’s being dumped for optimal comfort when re-racking your bar. The design provides two set positions where the bar will comfortably sit, without rolling around unless you want it to, ensuring you're in the best unracking position with each lift.
Compared to a simple L-design, the jagged J-design better displaces the load of the bar across the J-Hook, particularly when racking hard. By allowing a natural transition without rolling, the knurling of your bar is preserved without feeling like the bar is sliding.
Unique to Iron Edge, the Lock-Fast™ system allows the J-hook to be fitted securely and snuggly in an instant with a simple push and twist. No bolts, no tightening and no wasted time.
Our new stainless steel pin is tough as can be, built for withstanding serious punishment for years to come.
Each J-Hook is fitted with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) to protect the knurling of the barbell, reduce noise and stop any scratching or chipping of the powder coated uprights.
