Mounted to any 4 Directional Iron Edge rack, Jammer Arms can be loaded with plates, bands or both for the most versatile piece of equipment since the Tudors adapted old church bells for lifting.
Multiple grips, adjustable heights and adjustable handle lengths combine to adapt to just about any exercise you can think of.
Standing, kneeling, lying on a bench or the ground. Double or single limb. Upper, lower and total body.
Row, press, thrust, squat, lunge, snatch.

- All of our equipment is made with Olympic specs (50mm diameter holes) in mind
- How much weight will these hold
- It depends on what plates you're using. The sleeve length is 30cm
- Using the Elite Bumpers as a reference, you could fit 115kg per pin (4 x 25kg and 1 x 15kg)
- My rack is from another brand. Will these fit my rack?
- Depends on the specs of your rack
- Our uprights are 65mm x 65mm with 26mm diameter holes
- Can I use these with any Iron Edge rack?
- Yes, this will fit all of our racks
- If you have an Assault Rack Short variation, it's worth bearing in mind the arms will hang from a lower point. This may mean the handles are too low to comfortably perform some exercises, such as chest presses
