We're Back!
After a hectic week of travel and kettlebell seminars with Steve Cotter, Cam and I are back in the office. Don't know how Steve does it, but seven seminars in eight days was not enough for him -he's now off to Auckland to do a couple more. Cam's been in recovery mode all week and doesn't want to touch or see a kettlebell ever again!
We'd like to thank everyone for turning up and those that helped prepare each event. We think it was a huge success and look forward to doing something similar next year. Let us know your thoughts and any feedback that you may have.
Cam has put together a few videos that highlight some key areas and also some special moments. For a full list of the videos check out this page.

By the way, he's using two 32kg kettlebells.
This is me trying the same stunt. Please don't laugh:

There was a bit of a stuff up with some of the manuals and not everyone has received one. We will be sending them off this week - if you haven't received one by the middle of next week please let us know.
Also, Steve will be providing a free PDF manual on Qigong breathing and relaxation. Keep your eyes peeled for that one.
If you have any questions about the seminars or kettlebell training, don't hesitate to ask.
I'll talk to you soon.
Over and out.

Squat, bench, adjustable angle/spacing chin bar, dip, yoke, conan's wheel, sled (push/pull), torsonator attachment, glute ham raise, band attachments, step, bar storage, plate storage, stone loading and more.....
We ran out of time in Brisbane for Qigong. But he did give an extended Q&A which I hope made up for it. The PDF and manual won't be far away.
Dave: We are working on a unit that will be everything you want plus more. The prototype is not far away - keep your eyes on the blog for updates.

It was great getting to meet you at the Perth workshop, and I agree with Anthony; the mobility drills from Steve's workshops were excellent, especially the one where you cross one leg in front + pivot, and the one for opening up the hip flexors, wehre you're doing lunges forwards and backwards.
The Qigong drills are a really great addition to my fitness / health / meditation. I'll definitely be down for next year's workshop when Steve is back in Australia.
Thanks for your advice + tips at the workshop Rick, I'll look forward to doing the AKI certification, eventually.
Oh yeah, instead of writing another e-mail, I'll just quickly ask on here, do you have any plans of selling some kind of portable pullup system in the near future Rick ?? The one on Jeff Martone's site, the T.A.P.S, it's an excellent unit, but it costs way too much in just the shipping alone.
The other one I came across is the one on www.trapezerigging.com -- would you have any thing like this in the future, that's probably the best pullup bar system out there I've come across so far, and that way you've got something to mount the gymnastic rings from and have it in your room. When you get a pullup bar unit in stock, I'll pick up one of those, plus the dip belt.
If there's any one in Perth who want to train with kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, meditation, joint mobility etc, Leon and me have started the new fitness meetup group. The next one's on in Belmont this Sunday morning.
vaya con Dios.
