Unless you fancy cleaning every weight you intend to squat, you need a rack. Our Squat Stands are an economic, space-saving and portable set up that can still hold up to 500kg+. We have designed these stands with a range of holes to set heights between 105cm to 160cm (at 5.5cm intervals) so that you can also use them for bench pressing if your setup allows. If in doubt, we recommend measuring 105cm from the ground to see how this looks in practice.
More accessible than an Iron Cage or Matrix, this set up is ideal for renters, those on a budget or people working with a tight space.

- What’s the difference between the Pro, Competition and Elite Bumpers
- Pro’s are our economy model, made from entirely rubber

- All of our equipment is made with Olympic specs (50mm diameter holes) in mind
- Can I bench using the Squat Stands
- Depends on your proportions
- The Squat Stands lower to a height of 105cm. Our Incline Benches measure 46cm high and the Utility Benches 41cm, so you’d need to reach a minimum of 59-64cm high. Don’t forget you’ll want some extra room to comfortably press, not just touch where the bar sits
- Can I use rack attachments like Spotting Arms
- No, the Squat Stands are our economy set up, and are not set up with holes like our racks
- Our next models up would be a Single Cell Matrix variation, or base Assault Rack
- Does the Torsonator Single have to be bolted down
- No, the base plate is broad and heavy enough to be stable on its own
- What’s the difference between the Torsonators, which one should I use
- Torsonator Single is designed to be used as a single piece
- Torsonator Unearthed is portable, and can be plugged into any Olympic plate
- Torsonator Sleeve can be plugged into any Iron Edge rack, and adjusted vertically
- Can I pick these up
