This July 23rd and 24th Valery Fedorenko will be running courses in Melbourne - this is your chance to work with the best and learn how to lift like a true champion!

Fedorenko is undoubtedly one of the greats of kettlebell lifting.  Fedorenko has demonstrated incredible power endurance within the sport of kettlebell lifting, including being one of only 3 men who has cracked 220 snatches with a 32kg bell in competition and attained the highest rank possible, Honoured Master of Sport.

What makes Fedorenko truly great, though, is his ability to do an incredibly wide range of impressive feats with a kettlebell - from flipping and catching 72kg in one hand to 302 snatches with a 32kg kettlebell in around 20 mins and 70 reps of 60kg one arm jerks to pressing the 60kg kettlebell overhead.

Fedorenko will be running the World Kettlebell Club Strength & Conditioning Coach Certification and the Kettlebell Sport Coach Certification. The Fitness Trainer Certification is a prerequisite for these courses and will run on the 22nd July.  This will be the first time Fedorenko will be in Australia, and he may not be back for some time so this is an opportunity worth taking.  You can find information and prices on these courses at the World Kettlebell Club site.
