The next Perth Level 1 Kettlebell Workshop will be on Saturday 17th April.

This workshop will cover the fundamentals of kettlebell lifting, and is perfect for anyone who is new to kettlebell training and for personal trainers.

For kettlebell newbies this will ensure they start out right and understand good technique from the beginning.  This means better, safer, more efficient kettlebell lifting.  Who doesn't want that?!

For personal trainers it's a golden opportunity to gain a thorough knowledge of the basics, and most importantly learn how to teach others.  And if you're registered with Kinect Australia you'll get 1 PDP.

In the workshop you'll go through the following exercises in great detail:

  • Swing
  • Clean
  • Squat
  • Military press
  • Turkish get-up
