Australian Kettlebells will be holding 90 minute Kettlebell Workshops in Perth and Melbourne during March.

These Kettlebell Workshops will go through the fundamentals of kettlebell exercises and kettlebell training protocols.

The workshops will be suitable for a range of experience levels, from those who are new to using kettlebells and want to learn the basics right through to the more experienced lifter who wants to perfect their technique and optimise their training.

The workshops will be run by our knowlegable and experienced AKIs, with the dynamic duo Chris and James taking the Melbourne workshop and the legend that is Jamie Douse taking the Perth workshop.
