Farmer's Walk Handles

The farmer's walk is a staple in any self-respecting strongman's training and, as the name suggests, mimics the most basic of manual labour - if you've ever shaken the hand of an old farmer who has done a lifetime of this sort of activity you'll understand the true meaning of the phrase "real world strength".

You can perform farmer's walks by picking up pretty much anything and walking around with it, however if you want to train them seriously a tool with an adjustable load is a great advantage.  You also want something that will be allow you to carry a decent weight safely.  Iron Edge has designed Farmer's Walk Handles that meet these requirements.
