Basic Hand Care for Kettlebell Training
Hand tears can be the bane of the kettlebell lifter's existence. Shredded hands mean time off all the fun lifts like snatches and generally impair training.

In my opinion the best thing for callus reduction is a plain old pumice stone, they cost about $3, last for ages and do a great job of grinding the skin down. Just make sure you soak your hands for a while first, a good time to do it is when you're relaxing in the tub! I was tearing a callus every week until I got onto the pumice!!
