What is the timeline for completing my custom order?
Timelines for custom orders vary depending on order volumes, product types, and methods. The minimum completion time is 3 months.

Which elements of the equipment can be personalised?
You imagine it, and we’ll likely make it happen. Each product offers different personalisation options. Some products can be embossed or printed with your logo, while others can be laser-cut.

Providing detailed design elements is key to achieving the best results. At a minimum, you’ll need an editable logo file in formats such as .svg, .eps, or .ai. Files like PNGs or JPGs are unsuitable.
