Rather than the pads stopping short, our pads continue down vertically to support your lower torso at the end of the movement, keeping your muscles engaged throughout the negative phase of the lift. We use dense padding to ensure you keep a direct connection between yourself and the machine, to ensure no energy is leaked throughout the movement.
We've replaced the pin-locking mechanism with a saw-tooth design, eliminating a moving part while maintaining a quick and easy set up.
Extra long foot plates ensure you can reach the optimal angle and position, with a grippy texture to make sure you stay locked in place, whether you're at a steep incline or relatively flat.
Smooth handles on the front help you to set up or exit a set, and protective rubber feet on the base will keep your floor looking fresh.

- In step 1, I can't reach the bolt through the pedal frame. How do I set this up?
- Using a long socket wrench, reach through the bottom of the frame to tighten the nut
- Alternatively, using an Allen key the bolt can be tightened upside down, with the nut on the top. Use the Allen key to reach through the frame and hold the screw in place
- Can I pick this up
