Just like the Micro Band Pro’s, our Fabric Power Bands are made of woven fabric & rubber, resulting in a band that is more gentle on the skin and hair, will not roll up and is virtually unbreakable. They’re washable, too.

The Fabric Power Bands are ideally used for stretching, assisted pull ups, tractioning and other settings where they will be in direct contact with the skin. An added advantage is that they are easier to unknot when choking off the band compared to traditional Rubber versions.

Available in 4 resistances – light, medium, heavy and X heavy – our Fabric Power Bands are ready to provide a more comfortable option for your training.

Note- for use with free weight exercises to provide accommodating resistance, we recommend the original Rubber 41” Power Bands- not the fabric bands.

How many kg of resistance to the bands provide
- Due to the number of variables involved (stretch, velocity, temperature etc) it’s next to impossible to get a reliable and consistent number
- A general rule of thumb for the fabric bands would be:
  - Light rehab: Pink and Yellow
  - Heavier rehab, speed work, light resistance: Yellow, Orange and Red
  - Power work, moderate strength training: Orange and Red

What’s the difference between Fabric and Latex Bands
- The Fabric Bands will reach a natural stopping point, are softer to the touch and have a more gradual strength curve in comparison to the latex versions
