Returns

Please read our Terms & Conditions before requesting to return an item

If you wish to request a product return, please contact us via email (info@ironedge.com.au) within 30 days of receiving your order. OPlease note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once approved by Iron Edge, the product must be returned to our processing and storage facility, unused and in its original packaging. The product will then be inspected by Iron Edge and approved at our discretion. Iron Edge may choose to issue a full financial refund or store credit to the value of the returned product dependant on the individual circumstances.
