Using a bar and bench allows all the loading you'll need, but the set up involved is a pain in the...well, you know.
Our Hip Thrust - Obisidan Series enables the quickest, easiest set up for the hip thrust possible. No plate loading and no roller pads, simply insert a pin into the stack, set the pads to the desired position and away you go.
Forget roller pads that are uncomfortable or lock you into awkward set ups. By using a belt, lifters can effectively fine-tune the desired position to the nearest milimetre and get lifting almost immediately. No more being locked into fixed roller pad heights.
Adjustments can be made to the height and/or angles of the back rest pad, sliding pad and foot pedal that allow for 324 unique positions, guaranteeing lifters of all sizes will find their desired set up.
Featuring a generous 130kg weight stack with a 1:1 ratio, the Hip Thrust - Obsidian Series will keep you and your clients building serious glute strength for years to come. You can do it, put your back in to it!
NOTE - The commercial pieces can be difficult to install, but are well worth it! We strongly recommend hiring a professional to assemble these, which we can provide as an additional service.
