The Iron Edge Fixed Barbell range has been developed specifically for the rigours of the commercial gym environment. They’re made from PU (polyurethane) which is directly bonded to the steel handle creating a fixed join that won’t loosen over time. PU is incredibly tough. It won’t tear, mark, mould or abrade. It’s also highly resistant to temperature extremes.
The handles are unique. The entire length is covered with a special knurl pattern that provides bite, yet doesn’t rip the hands. This aids grip across all hand positions and makes them ideal for old school strongman lifts like bent presses, turkish get-ups and windmills.
The weight numbers are pure Iron Edge. Rather than clutting the end cap with branding we’ve chosen to enhance what matters –the weight number. Huge white lettering makes identification easy and gives your gym a distinct, uncluttered look. Comes with matching storage racking.
