Engineered for peak performance, the Iron Edge Elite Dumbbell range is purpose-built to meet the uncompromising demands of commercial gym environments. Constructed from CPU (cast polyurethane), each Dumbbell is directly bonded to the steel handle creating a fixed join that won’t loosen over time, even under relentless use.
CPU is the perfect material for building tough Dumbbells, superior to even the toughest rubber. It won’t tear, mark, mould or abrade. It’s also highly resistant to temperature extremes and odourless.
The handles are unique. The entire length is covered with a special knurl pattern that provides bite, yet doesn’t rip the hands. Grip is further enhanced with untapered handles, with diameters increasing from 32mm for light Dumbbells to 34mm for heavier weights.
The weight numbers are pure Iron Edge. Each Dumbbell features oversized, high-contrast white weight markings for effortless identification, even at a glance. No more flipping Dumbbells around looking for the exact weight.
Every Elite Dumbbell Set includes a matching storage rack, purpose-built for a seamless fit. Each shelf features individual cradles to securely house every dumbbell—eliminating movement or crowding. Angled shelving ensures effortless loading and unloading, promoting both safety and efficiency during use.

Up until 2017 we manufactured in-house, but market pressures forced us to move manufacturing overseas. However we weren’t going to compromise on the quality and structural integrity of our products, so after rigorous research, we’ve been able to partner with some of the industry’s best and most experienced equipment manufacturers. In many ways they are more advanced and sophisticated than our in-house work shop, so you can be assured that the quality of all our products meet the same high standards and are worthy of the Iron Edge brand.
