Chin ups and dips have been staple exercises in programs everywhere since the dawn of humanity - earlier even if we're counting our ancestors.
There's one problem - adding weight is easy enough, but regressing the movement can be tricky.
Bands are a great option, but in a commercial setting where lifters are often new and want minimal set up, the Chin-Up and Dip Assist machine is probably the way to go. It's definitely harder to tuck under your arm and leave the gym with!
Featuring an 87.5kg weight stack and ultra-smooth bearings, even particularly heavy lifters and novices will appreciate the natural feel. For more advanced lifters, the seat folds down so to allow for bodyweight chins and dips, making this a great option for drop sets and building endurance. Finally, a leg up you can stand!
Steps at asymetric heights allow lifters of any height to comfortably step up and establish position, and reduce your footprint compared to a 2 tier paired design.
Rubber feet at the bottom will help prevent scratches, keeping your floor and equipment looking fresh for years to come.
