Our Onyx series are made-to-order plate-loaded machines specifically designed with specialty lifts in mind.
Free weight rows have been a staple in gyms for decades, centuries even. So any machine we produce has to improve on the free weight version in some way. Given the most common drawbacks with free weight rows has to do with either the range of motion, or the load placed on the lower back, we figured we'd start there.
Our Seated Row has a chest support to keep the torso upright and spine relatively unloaded, with dense padding to prevent any energy leaks. We've angled the handles and made the seat easy to adjust up and down, so lifters can find their sweet spot with a variety of grips for a full stretch and contraction.
We've used unilateral arms, allowing lifters to develop strength evenly and even row with one arm at a time. Perfect for bodybuilding, general population, physios and commercial gyms in general.
Featuring our signature matte-black/grey finish, ultra-smooth bearings for a free weights feel and stylish industrial appearance, our Seated Row is suitable for trainers of all skill levels and styles.
NOTE - The commercial pieces can be difficult to install, but are well worth it! We strongly recommend hiring a professional to assemble these, which we can provide as an additional service.
