Upper Body Sled Rope Pull

  1. Sit on the ground with both hands placed firmly around the rope
  2. Reach forward and pull rope towards body, propelling the sled
  3. Continue pulling the rope until sled touches feet

 

Box Jump

  1. Start with feet square in stationary position
  2. After reaching the bottom of the squat, extend whole body quickly and tuck knees into chest
  3. Land softly on top of the box

 

Box Squat

  1. Place hands at an even width on the bar
  2. Slide bar down back so it sits on your upper trapezius muscle
  3. Keep chest up when stepping out
  4. Place feet at even width, pointing forward
  5. Break at hips and knees simultaneously
  6. Hips go back as bar descends
  7. Chest stays up throughout the entire movement

 

Repeat Prowler Test

  1. Place hands near the top of the handles
  2. Put feet in running position, one in front of the other
  3. Head forward and arms slightly bent
  4. Push off, get low and continue to drive legs
