I've been getting more and more distracted from things that used to be important to me. The main thing is my fitness. I once had a regular routine where I trained three times per week and I never missed a session. But ...

... With the rapid growth of the business I've slowly gotten away from this routine. It's not unusual for me to spend up to 12 hours in the office, and then finding I have no time (or energy) to do the things I know I should be doing.

I really admire those that can manage work, family and still find time to keep yourself in shape (or whatever it is you like doing). Fresh from a break I'm all pumped up to get myself back into a routine and get my fitness where it should be. Seriously, it's not that hard to find a spare 10 minutes to swing a kettlebell or do some other workout. And with some of the best training equipment right in my office, I've got no excuses.

So this post is my way of committing to the task. I've made it public and there's no backing out. It's also a way of reaching out to those who have also stopped doing the stuff that's important or even to those that are doing it and have some valuable tips or words of encouragement.

If you're ready to commit to something why don't you share your story below.

Thanks for reading and sharing,

Rick
