Strength and Conditioning Coach for Northern Bay Secondary College AFL program
Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science (Currently Studying)
ASCA Level 1
About Will Sexton I am currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science at Deakin University and have just recently completed the Level 1 ASCA S&C accreditation. I currently work as a Personal Trainer at a private gym where I run a Junior Athlete Development Program which compliments my work at a secondary school where I assist coaching their AFL program. I am 21 years old and although I am relatively new to the coaching world, I believe I offer experience and knowledge beyond my years. I have a keen interest in strength and conditioning and rehabilitation, and am working towards one day opening up a facility of my own that is centred around individual development and provides a very personal experience. I look forward to sharing all things S&C with you and hope to shed some light on things a little differently than what you’re used to.
