The band pins are a simple way of introducing band loading to your training. Band loading is a favourite amongst elite athletes and strength coaches as it adds accommodating resistance to the eccentric and concentric phases of a lift. In short you’ll get stronger.

The band pegs are easily fitted into any one of the 26mm holes of your Rack with the provided bolts. Please note that to utilise the band loading feature your Rack MUST be bolted to the floor. 

The set of 4 pins comes zinc coated for extra protection.

The upper body squat

The dip has a strong reputation as an outstanding bodyweight exercise for conditioning the shoulder girdle. It develops pushing power through the vertical plane and provides an ideal complement movement to pull-ups.

Now with the new Iron Edge Dip bar attachment, adding dips to your training arsenal is easy. The dip bar has been designed, engineered in Australia to accessorise the Matrix, Iron Cage and Assault Racks. Using a revolutionary Lock-Fast™ system unique to Iron Edge, the bars can be fitted securely and snuggly in an instant with a simple push and twist. No bolts, no tightening and no wasted time. It’s the same system you’ll see on our J-Cups and Spotting arms.

Iron Edge Dip Bar handles have a fixed circumference and project outwards at an angle. The further out you grip, the wider the space between the bars. It makes them suitable for people of all sizes and allows you to experiment with multiple grip widths.

Deceptively versatile, the Iron Edge Roller Pad is intended with single leg work in mind but can also be used for Nordic hamstring work, hip thrusts and ab work. 

If we think of pure strength and pure balance as opposites on a continuum (with say, a powerlifting-style squat on one end and a single leg Bosu squat on the other), we want to train within our relative range that applies to our given sport / task. 

Our Roller Pad incorporates more balance than a powerlifting-style squat (because who has the time to belt up when on the field or court) and more strength than a single leg Bosu squat (because…well, anything would), bringing your training to that sweet spot of specificity. 

Our Racks, including the Matrix, allow you to position the Torsonator™ sleeve(s) in any one of the holes on the uprights. This allows you to set various heights to target different muscle groups and movement patterns.

The Racks also provide an anchor point for the use of bands with the Torsonator™. Adding band resistance to a range of Torsonator™ exercises adds a whole new dimension the your training.

Give your barbells a home

Storage is all about saving space. Our Barbell Storage can be mounted on any Rack or on a suitable wall, freeing up more floor room.

With high density plastic to protect your bars, your equipment will be kept in pristine condition (and away from your feet); leaving you to focus on what you came to do: lift.

Each piece can hold 1 x Barbell. 

A clearance height of 3m is required, given most racks stand 2.41m on its own. 

If using an Assault Rack Short, clearance of 2.6m will be required.

Give your barbells a home

Storage is all about saving space. Our Barbell Storage can be mounted on any Rack (when paired with SHS Crossbeam 1080mm), freeing up more floor room.

Each unit can hold 3 x Barbells. Multiple units can be used with 1 x Iron Cage to support more than 3 x Barbells if required. 1 x unit can be attached per 1080mm SHS Crossbeam when using with a custom Matrix or Assault Rack variation.

A clearance height of 3m is required, given our Iron Cage and Matrix configurations stand 2.4m on its own. 

Note - if installing on an Assault Rack, you will need an SHS Crossbeam at the back. 

The Iron Edge Utility Storage can be mounted to any Modular Rack, Squat Rack upright or even a wall for easy storage of lightweight items including bands, speed ropes, collars, weightlifting belts and more.

No more “where is that red band this time?” treasure hunts.

Space efficient and easy to organise, the Utility Storage will help keep your gym clutter free and your attention where it belongs – on the next lift.

Our Leg Levers will attach to any of our racks, allowing the height to be adjusted down from your ankles all the way up to your head, and the lever adjusts in length so you can find your sweet spot angle.

Using the same polyurethane material as our Roller Pads and GHD Ankle Pads, the padding will remain comfortable and smooth for years to come.  

Suitable for rehab and commercial settings where space is at a premium, isolation training at home or any lifter looking for more efficient leg training options.
