We achieved this by starting with a similar rubber used in our legendary Elite Bumper Plates to ensure hardness, durability and mark resistance. Then to keep the cost down we removed the coloured rubber and replaced the solid steel centre insert with a smaller stainless steel one. The result is a slightly thicker plate (though not as thick as many of the others on the market) than an equivalent Elite Bumper Plate as more rubber is required to compensate for the smaller insert.

They perform like any good plate should and will endure daily abuse from all but the most demanding Commercial Gyms, CrossFit boxes and Weightlifting Centres. Ideal for those launching a PT Studio or CrossFit box on a budget and for the home enthusiast.

What’s the difference between the Pro, Competition and Elite Bumpers
- Pro’s are our economy model, made from entirely rubber
  - Ideal for home gyms and studios
- Competitions and Elites are our premium models
  - The Competitions are coloured with white writing, the Elites are black with coloured writing. Both models have a steel central hub to enhance their durability
- Ideal for commercial gyms, Crossfitters and elite athletes

How do the Technique Plates compare
- These have a thicker diameter compared to the above plates, which helps stop them bouncing to the side when used by themselves

Are these Olympic plates
- All of our equipment is made with Olympic specs (50mm diameter holes) in mind
